Just trying to understand this, but if there is a failure on the EGR system or the MAFF system why are there no faults shown on the dash, or at least a seek help from the dealer instruction.

I'll go along with the others. Bought my DSE Christmas time, owner fitted new battery before collection. 6 months later kept going to it and battery was flat or low. Turned out I need a new battery. been fine since. (Gulp! what have I said that for!!!!). John T.

Just finished mine, 4 coats required, but it does look good. Cloth definately the way to go. Despite careful masking I still had to wipe mess of the paint. Probably best done if grill is removed. Really good product.

Isn't it obvious that the belt will slip when under load due to the cracked tensioner thus resulting in lack of revs for the fan and water pump. Which I would guess leads to overheating problem.
