Hi got a bit carried away on ebay and ended up with a refurbed chasis, plan is to swap out existing one as it needs few patches and metal feels fairly thin in places. got couple of queries 1 Chassis has v5 with it- will i have to register ie which vichile will be the one i am driving as old...

Thanks Guys will check out tommorrow bit about having both engaged as when i did drivers side to start with, when engaged it turned prop shaft. Hopefully be that and won't have to dismantle!

Hi took cover off and checked it, all seemed to be working. When in the free position was able to stop end of shaft rotating whilst spinning road wheel. When in locked position not able to stop end of shaft rotating but the propshaft still doesn't rotate. Any ideas what going on? Is half shaft...

Hi Got MAP freewheel hubs on front of landy. On when bought, checked them and found passengerside one doesn't lock when you move the nut. The nut moves ok but wheel when turned not comnnected to prop shaft. So think broken halfshaft or hub broken. Never had to do anything with freewhell hubs...

Hi Recently bought a series 3 swb, wondering if a defender truck cab and windscreen are an easy swap. defender windscreen would appear taller and so give better vision. thanks
