Ok so the plot carries on been sorting a few bits on the car drives great even had a chip done and a few other jobs so discovery is looking and running well, bar this vibration, I've had the ace system taken off replaced with bars etc so that's all good now gearbox been flushed and fluid...

The Ace system conversion and a leaking rear axle, plus general support, I can do basic stuff but I'd rather know I have a good specialist at hand if I bugger it up!! or just get it right first time round!! Like I say seem really nice people and helpful!

What's better fix the ace system or swap it for the conversion kit on a disco 2 ?

Hi all still got this stupid vibration noise, it's still at exactly 2500 rpm so annoying the exhaust on under cab wasnlose so I've packed it out with heat retard material to stop that one vibrating and still doing it, upper turbo one seems solid, thought the plastic engine cover might be doing...

Ok so after cleaning, testing, adjusting I gave up and bought a new motor, then sat reading this find out drivers door has to be shut And yes it worked, but inside the motor was a bit burnt out and motor brushes were sticky anyway, worst bit was I had soldered a wire back which wasn't ideal but...
