Thanks Biglad, I may have to go with the silicone option, although the old seals do have some very large splits in them, around the areas where they bend to form the corner angles.

Have just discovered the dreaded leaking quarter light seals, :eek: and the rear floor rot. The new quarter light seals are really expensive, would anyone know a reasonable source for these, plus any fitiing tips from anyone who has done this job would be much appreciated. {Disco 5 Door}
