    No ballast on my car. I guess the coil is no good for electronic ignition...only possibility remaining Gonna buy a new coil.

    Ok, I’ll try that. The red cable should be attached to the +-side of the coil, he? Also if the coil is balasted? How can I check if it is balasted? Regards Johan

    hello, got an electronic ignition, cheap one from brittpart. Installed according to manual, but engine won’t start. Did I do something wrong? Hooked up the wrong way? Put the points back in and fired up straight away Don’t have a clue...
