ya was fine before and after i change belt but just slowy got worse ran it without exuast on still same throttle cable ok no slack :confused:

thats what im thinking but i have checked the mark on the flywheel and the 9.5 bar fits in place as it should when i did the belt i rotated the engine clockwise twice and all timing marks lined up perfect but i think this is only thin left unless anybody else got any ideas before i strip it all...

thanx 4 the help i just checked the prices 4 the lift pumps and they only bout 25 quid so its not 2 bad i have only ad my disco bout 7 months n this is the first problem ive had other than this i am more than happy with it dnt no wat i would do with out it now
