Excellent, cheers! I'll get that done in the morning, was starting to think it would have to go to a garage and I'm trying to learn all these things cos its my first landrover and I've gtown quite attached to it and want to do any work on it myself.

I've had a window contol cable snap (front drivers) and read advice on the threads but the problem I have is the window is up and I can't lower it to get at what I need to replace the cable. Anybody know if there is a manual wind down or a trick to getting it to drop? I've tried nothing and I'm...
