I currently have a Freelander (18 months old), however we're now in a position whereby we could get a new Discovery 3, TdV6. Can anyone tell me what the fuel consumption would be? (am having a bit of trouble finding details). Also am I going to get slated coz I'll be driving a bigger 4x4 :(...

I have a Freelander because of my lifestyle. I have a horse which means I have to go off-road to get to the farm twice a day - and it's the only vehicle I feel safe in especially if it snows. Plus my 2 dogs are always in the back, plus tack, feed etc. There is no way I feel bad for owning...

it was the new design which sold it for me - love the look of the front :D I would like a discovery/range rover (to tow my horse around) but far too expensive for me and I couldn't afford to run one :( oh well, may win the lottery one day.

I think that's what they're called :confused: I have the 3 door XEI (Sept 04) model and like the bars that just run down the back (half way along the roof). I hope you know what I mean. I'm not sure if they are roof racks or bars. Can anyone please advise so that I know what I'm asking...
