thanks for the notes - tried putting back some delphi pads on one side- now only the mintex side squeals - gonna change them both back to delphi and never bother with mintex again.

replaced rear brakes with slotted and drilled disks and mintex pads from paddocks - original pads had shims behind them now knackered the new pads had nothing. The result is driving me and my neighbours round the bend ! Paddocks say that the shims are not listed or needed with the mintex pads -...
