Hello all! Just searching for a replacement engine for my 2002 disco TD5... have had a look at engine number, which starts with 16p can only find a 15p online just wanted to check i'm not making a first step blunder! any advice most gratefully received!

hello mate thanks for your help. what I've done is take off the hose and drain then fill with a hose, then drain, then fill. I did it a few times and managed to get it down to clear so I think it's a case of mission accomplished, albeit not ver professionally!

hi tony just attacking this one now myself taking the drain nut out is not an option for me as it is in solid and the faces have worn so I'm going to disconnect the hoses. is this all laid out in the rave?

i've just had a failed attempt at removing the drain plug which is locked absolutely solid on, and worn. would i be right in thinking that pulling the hose just above it and letting that drain will do the trick?
