Unfortunately there is no ID of the 2nd hand chassis

I have just brought a 1964 series 2a and the current chassis is completely rotten beyond repair, however i know where there is a good 2nd hand chassis but where do i stand with swapping the vin number or am i barking up the wrong tree and buy a new chassis which i cant really afford o_O

Well I'm still using the original engine mounts and got a conversion kit from manifold to the down pipe, apart from that everything is still original, with the 19j exhaust still in its original place

I got a land rover 90 with a 200tdi disco conversion in it, but still using the original 2.5td 19j exhaust system. I would like to fit a straight through on it, but I'm not sure if a 200tdi straight through will fit, or will I have to have something fabricated?

I feel that most of noise comes from bulkhead region, when I had a ride in my mates td5 90 which has a bare tub when no rubber matting even, it's almost as quiet as mouse compared to my 200tdi lump

Hi everyone, i been having a problem with my 1989 90 ignition light, it keeps staying on when the ignition is turened off and the keys are out the ignition, however turns it self off when the trucks running, i think its an earth problem, but just wondering other peoples opinons.
