Excellent, i would think the Double Cab would fall into this category looking at the like.
I'll check with my insurance just to make sure (or would you leave it?)

Love my Defender but you can't beat the comfort for the TDV8 Range Rover or the 3.2 A6.

Just had this back from Terrafirma
Hi James
Thanks for your enquiry.
The Terrafirma receiver hitches do not conform to any regulations and are not certificated. They are primarily intended for Off Road use.

I have tried to contact the to find out if it conforms to all the regulations etc. but still to hear back. I assume it has to conform for them to be selling it.

Hi Guy's,
I have a problem, i really want to get rid of the plough (towbar) on my defender, and would really like to replace it with a detachable version.
My biggest problem is the fact i want it to be fully compliant with regulations as i don't want to be at risk if anything happens...

I need to get a new set of wheels and tyres for my defender, what is the largest i can fit without any further modification. i was thinking steel modular with a 265 tyre.

Thanks, we just popped to Tesco for some breakfast, and had a look at a Landy parked up. Were going to try the angle grinder option.
