It has come up once with Gearbox fault On dash

And yes will check the level tommorow before I do anything as if it low then that may cause shuddering as it need oil pressure to lock the clutch so I’m sure if it’s low it carnt lock properly hopefully anyway

Yes mate done loads of reading and seems that mine being a 58 plate should already have the new oil pump housing as they used the old ones upto 08 and from 08.5 which i presume is 58 is the newer ones

Right guys (and maybe girls) I have done some looking today and have noticed this The pipe here looks like it’s been leaking and maybe still is cause the pipe is loose Could this problem actually be that’s it is indeed low on fluid thanks people

No private mate and tbh it’s a 2009 hse and it’s loverly and only have 5000 for it so was expecting something wrong with it Maybe it’s worth checking the oil level first and topping it up a bit as it was noted having a leak in 2015 on mot but couldn’t see any oil anywhere underneath
