i dont think it air im thinking towards master cylinder rubbers gone and fluid pushing past so not working correctly but thank you good tip ill try before i start on master

bleed nipple on top and flexi fine

also ive just been out in it and its braking on the other 3 wheels but still not working on the OSF

Hi ive had an issue with the O/S/F BRAKE CALIPER brake pads where low so changed them but had isse with brake pedal fading away to nothing at times so i took to bits and noticed piston not working so renewed pistons and seals but seals where a nightmare and but after change still had a brake...

Hi guys sorry but weather in north east not been the best to by under a car but finally its sorted and thanks for all your help :) i finally got problem althou fuel lines where dry it was the fuel feed pipe from tank to the lift pump it now runs and can get my family about again once again...

It buzzes very load already and i thought diaphram on llift pump when it was running like this earlier can i ask wot you mean by i/p return line ??? and ill try it tomorrow after work and all my fuel lines are plastic as i checked all the way along :)

Hi guys Ive been out all morning and ive put a clear fuel line from lift pump to fuel filter and primed and bleed system as in manual, and i seem to get all air out which takes a while :( then i fire it up with foot to the floor as per manual, and it fires and runs but when watchin clear fuel...

on my fuel sender thde fuel lines are plastic :) as i took this out to drain the tank

Hi hifly ive bleed the system so should be none but dont think this could happen as ive never tampered with the fuel lines till it broke :(

ill check this tomorrow :) and see what this brings up :)

But must say it has no check engine light on at all when it does bellow smoke, and this only happens when i start it and it runs fine, i keep it about 2500 rpm and it starts to splutter on and bellows smoke then has no accleration when pushing on pedal, even when it is just ticking over it will...

no im not losing any water or any in the oil or fuel and my cam belt was done last year and i upgraded the pulleys too as timing belt slipped about 7 teeth off the belt and bent push rods but went to garage to get fuel pump timing done as i knocked it out of sync when doing belt

yeah white smoke always been there bellows of it when it first broke down and spluttering on i thought i put this in my first post sorry if i didnt :( But this is the thing if i go out this morning it will fire with no problem and rev nice and clean no smoke at all like it used to be but...

Hi biglad ive looked at car and cleaned all conectors to do with ecu unit, now i think i found the "pot" as i did abit research is it the bit that is on the acclerator pedal next to the ecu as manual says its also called the throttle posistion sensor is this correct and if it is a part to do...

yeah mate downloaded it and found it but not had chance to look at car as its now snowing :)
