still the same there is a grinding noise but not sure where it is coming from gearbox or transfer

just tryed it moved about foot then stoped it seems to do that in all the gears so would that maybe the saft going in to transfir box that has worn the teeth of the saft

hi there on way home last night and lost drive on my discovery i think that it mite be the gear box i have a 300 tdi dose any body no if a 200 gear box will fit:confused::confused:

just been for mot and this is what i got nearside front inner sill seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded and that is all so the same for offside [inner sill and both front out riggers] any clues on best way to do it have been told to put some box down them but not sure how...

got a set on mine so tyres clear arches been laning with them on and use every day no probs they stand up to a good lot of stick but it was not a 5 min job puting them on you will need plenty of wd40 if you havent got a gas axe

yes it is 300mm 0r 12 inch as mine failled on all 4 last time

truck soon of for mot last time it went boot floor had gone but not a problem anyway boot still gone but looks like the back crossmember had it is this a fail on mot did round all seat belt mounts last time

i have just put 235 85 16 on my disco and a 2 inch lift and it still hits arches when off road

hi there i have owned a disco for 2 years but only just getting in to off roading done some good lanes now it has been lifted and got m/t on it and even her in doors dont mind it to much:):D
