    I second Soloby Rob, Its sound's like you have lossed one circuit out of the master, If no fluid loss its likely to be the Master, With air in the system you should be able to pump up and hold with no pedal creep, Ivor

    If you havent a spigot bush fitted it will make short work of destroying the clutch centre plate, The primary motion shaft will float and cause the clutch centre plate to crack up, thats without the massive side load on the inner Primary motion shaft bearing, Will bugger up the box sooner...

    If the Fork pushes through the pivot it often will damaged the finger's of the clutch cover assembly, as the thrust bearing goes out of centre, I would have replaced the complete clutch kit if it had been mine,
