The seals are so much higher than the originals that they prevent the sunroof from going into the closed position. The glass meets the rubber and the motor stops. It also requires considerable force to compress the rubber so that you can actually attach the sunroof in the first place. Flummoxed!

Are yours electric? I’ve changed the motors around thinking it might be the motor but with no joy. With regards fitting the seals the small solid base extrusion must go into the outer frame with the softer curved outer meeting the glass?
