Hi Chris, thanks for your response. My injector pump is actaully fine, but I need to change a boost diaphragm. As 90s, especially those with 19j engine, are not very common in my country, I was told by diesel mechanics that the only way they can identify the diaphragm is through the injector...

I urgently need the above! Can someone please help, I couldn't find anything like this on other threads. I believe it's Lucas CAV, although it only says CAV on the top side of mine.

Thanks mate, I've already dismantled it - the diaphragm was virtually torn apart! Now searching for a new one - not such an easy task in my country - not so many defenders here, especially not with 19J.

Hi All, Any opinions of Michelin XZL M/T? I have a set of new ones, which I've never fitted so far. I'm using BFG A/T at the moment, quite ok, but must say that here (South Serbia) we haven't really had any serious snow this winter yet.

Hi, I had a thermostat removed from my 90 2.5 TD this summer, as the temp gauge was going right into the black zone virtually in no time immediately after starting it from cold. At the same time, I fixed (seized up) the fan, visco never engaged even when the gauge was almost in red. Summers here...
