Hello, I did notice diesel in wells and changed the leak off pipes.. Will any OBD plug in? Cheers

New owner p38 Diesel, loving the vehicle. Having a long crank issue to start. Changed glow plugs, fuel filter, and fuel pipes to injectors. Once started runs nice. I did notice a few bubbles in clear pipe from filter. Any help appreciated
