Once I put it on maintainer after 12h it was showing as fully charged. Also the servie folks told me that when they swap batteries they are fully charged.

Interesting twist gentlemen - yesterday went to Walmart to check the battery (battery is less than 2 y/o). Check showed that it was doing 600 CCA from 900. It was replaced under warranty (3 years) with identical one and I paid out of pocket $6.

When I took battery for test about 6 month ago I was told it was fine by three different shops. I will ask repair shop check again, but would appriciate knowledge how to check/ensure that battery is good and rule out...

Well, I am planning to remove and send BCU for repair once I take vehicle to shope for all fluids replacement, plus replacing power steering pump and the mass air flow sensor...

I did not. I ordered front struts and height sensors from Islad 4x4 and replaced at another shop - both labor and parts (with shipping from UK) were $1500. No more problem with suspension.

Rattling. Only noticable on uneven surfaces. Well, on next day the it was fine - I mean height sensor... do you think it worth to change all of them?
