    Brakes and diffs

    I'm putting S3 109 LWB diffs into my SWB S1. What is so good about the S3 master cyl? Is the front diff a Salsbury with 24 splines and bigger shafts or only the rear one's?

    S1 owner.

    Hi there. Series 1 owner from the 60's. On my 4th S1 now. Still don't know that much about them. Had a S2 for a while, and craved a S3. Well now I have an S3, it's the donor to keep my S1 on the road. Cheers Ian Butcher.
