    Myself, I would have one of those expensive auto locksmiths, but cheaper than a dealer, see if they can do anything with your new fobs. or at least first try a hard reset as a straw clutching exercise.

    My Gap does not reprogram fobs, I contacted the makers who told me they are doing an update, still waiting four years later. My AP 200 the white one does the reprogramming of the fobs. Grumpy does your AP 200 even show the fob programming section
