    My Defender 110 1989 won't engage gears while engine is running. What could this be ?

    Hi Guys very new to this hoping i could get some help. I have a 1989 defender 110 it has been running well until recently . I can't engage gears anymore when the engine is running. any ideas what this could be ? thank you
