Bloody hell it’s been four years since I’ve update this, I’ll do a brief summary of changes that have gone on to get us up to speed
First one is roof tent and rack as gone in favour of a roll cage

Few teething problems with the old girl had to rebuild both swivels on the front and replaced the bearings while I was there, but other then that it’s been absolutely spot on getting me about,

I could never get my adjustable flasher unit to work in mine so fitted some resisters inline with the indicators instead

even 35.10.50s are starting to get harder and harder to find these days, but with that said what rims you want to use come a big part of how there going to fit.

i did say there was going to be a big update, but after looking back at my pictures i didn't take that many at the time

theres no right or wrong way people have done it a few different ways still i've still got the original 2.25 rad in mine with a 300tdi intercooler and turbo and external oil cooler

Well where to start this update then
got hold of the 2.25 alternator bracket and spare it is now bolted to the engine but haven't got any pictures apparently
also took a grinder to the dash to fit my raptor dash
then it was time to start collecting new parts

bagged myself a 300tdi with a possible blown headgasket for £100 so aslong as the bottom halfs good i should be able to build a decent engine out of the spares my old mans got
