Normal Middle class Bloke with a freelander 1 TD4 ive had a glow plug problem which has gone wrong head cylinder is buggered and need help in a rebuild as im not a mecanic just self tort stuff so its stripped dont know about how to set up the timing wher the pistons and engine needs to be on a rebuild so abit nervus putting it bacl together
