This is true, but it won't be 'freely' because it will also need to turn all the props, 2 diffs and another wheel. So it won't be like spinning the wheel on a 'normal' car, but it will turn quite freely.

it did fix the problem,thankfully , hit the wallet a bit hard but at least we are back on the road.

Thank you. Have since removed the master from the car and "un-built" it 😅 Following removal it looks like the seal for the fill under the actual container was very cracked leaking and just falling to bits, some other seals were good and others...

Shouldn't the MIL light go out after a self test? Why does it stay on?

Nothing too impressive, but it's the little things that make you smile. Especially with how often you find yourself under it. I don't expect anyone but me and the MOT inspector to enjoy it though. :D
