I do know that Marty has repaired several WABCO D ECUs. A search of his past posts might even reveal what it was he did. He did mention the issue never seemed to occur on Wabco C models.

Started smelling oil while driving so popped the bonnet. That damn cover on the auxiliary belt tensioner has fallen out letting oil out of the engine and liberally splashing it everywhere using the spinning belt. Already nicked one off the...

Having gone balls-deep into the engine there's no way I would risk using head-bolts unless it was a scrapper. Or the camshaft one. Seems they put these bolts where they know you won't risk it!

Well top and bottom knuckles changed both sides good job @Flossie I took the sensors, they were used.. Both bottom knuckles were worn. Also left hand tyre was deformed on tread. Ended up buying four new (well old new) wheels with tyres for £60...

You can not reuse stretch bolts. If its a normal bolt that has stretch but is still within its spec(goodluck finding what that spec is) then its reusable. But if its in any critical spot like headbolts reusing them is kinda like reusing...

I've seen that "one corner high" on mine, but never figured out why. Also had it consistently leaning to the right on a brive home from Buckingham. Stopped at services & switched off. Then bounced the corners manually & after re-starting it...

My ABS sensors go into a little mesh bush which sits almost flush with the hole. Is that a rubber bush on yours? Maybe the Thor was different.

Heres abit of a dumb question: But did you actually clear the fault codes on the ABS controller? What are the current fault codes that the ABS controller gives? Did you insert the ABS sensors fully? If they not close enough to the toothed wheel...

Yes but unless it has already been cloned to his car the keys won't work and neither will the EKA.

Grrrrrr replied to the thread P38A EAS question.
Heights have to be within default ranges. They're on here somewhere. Height sensors should change values smoothly across the ranges too After that it seems if the target and actual are a long way apart across an axle it causes issues. Might be...

If you do put a standard relay in don't throw the original away as you will ned to put it back in for diagnostics to work

You'll need the highline BECM and then switch over the top board from the lowline one.

Not heard that. I thought any stretch boot could only be used once or it is past its Youngs Modulus?

Might be worth a search or contact BBS and see if there is a glitch for the Thor model in the Nanocom screen. Diesel works as per GEMS but never tried Thor.

Engine Disabled does not mean EKA or immobiliser has somehow been re-enabled, it can come up if the BECM thinks the car is locked and you try to start it.

@MontyChambers did you do the Nanocom check (not while driving) on the two inputs ? No point in replacing the switch unless you're sure it's broke !! The RAVE procedure had a missing bit between 7 & 8. It should be: 7. Extend switch plunger...

You can't change the setting because it's an input. The switch on the pedal frame has two contacts in it. Onbe is normall closed & the other normally open. Therefore both toggle on Inputs screen on the Nanocom when you press the pedal.
