Hi, make sure that the water is not coming out somewhere else such as into the boot from a fractured pipe. Sounds like a blocked jet or a blocked pipe. Whip the trim off and get to the pipe behind the jet and see if that gives water. If so then just take the jet out and clean it or replace it.

If you are still having trouble find an independant repairer with one of the testbooks or a Rovercom and get them to do a fault reading for you. They may well be able to tell you why its giving trouble and how to fix it.
