any one know how to get to the pump??

i have taken the pipe to the jets just to see if the water comes out of the pipe there is nothing but i can hear the pump running

Hi all My front washer jets have stopped working. The rear jet is working ok there is plenty of water in the bottle.If i take the pipe off to the front jets and try the washers i can hear the pump running and also the pipe moves when i do this. any ideas as to what could be up with it.Also...
