Lost the only key and fob if had for my Freelander so it's stuck by the side of the house, how do I go about getting a new key and fob the cheapest way?

Hi all, my 1st post but have found the forum very usefull since I bought my Freelander. I've bought myself a used lift kit but it didn't come with any bolts, can some one help and tell me what size I would need? Thanks in advance
