    i,ve had the same problem and it was the pins that the calipers slide on that were slightly worn. cheap and easy to replace.;)

    hello, has anybody put a disco 300tdi engine into a p38 with borg warner auto box ? if so what was involved ?

    Disco Rebuild

    i dont envy you, but a steady plod does get through it. i,ve just done two fairly similar but no probs with crossmember, i did completely replace the sills with box section though.

    48 no ncb, all mods declared , fully comp £373 including green laning/off road and only a £50 excess . heritage insurance:)

    What have you done to your Landie today.

    today on disco no1 i fitted a timing belt kit flushed the engine , new oil and filter and fixed a puncture today on disco no2 i replaced the bearing on the auxiliary belt tensioner and unsiezed the hi lo difflock lever as it would,nt go into difflock today i,m ready for a beer :faint2:
