Could it be a simple as the thermostat being faulty .?? And not allowing water through the rad .? (Was suggested to me yeserday) Thanks Gaz

No rad is cold on top side where hose enters the rad

Rad looks in ok condition

No the rad is cool at the top where hose enters

Yeah top hose is hot

No temp is fine until its running on no water then it's up

It's over heating but radiator is cold .???

Loosing coolant (water) from the expansion bottle top .? I think Has anyone got any ideas why It's worse if I try motorway journeys ??

my egr valve has a cooler on it can i still remove it where as on other models i have seen dont have the cooler on it and they have just used a blanking kit on it can i still do this ?????
