ha ha, i wish - would have softened the blow!! Drove it 9 miles to the garage today in 3rd gear all the way, typical every single traffic light we came to were on red!!! Plenty of revs and i eventually made it there. Hopefully will have some news on it tomorrow.

Hi, I have a 06 Freelander Freestyle TD4, when i went to start it last night i couldn't get any gears with the engine turned on. I could get it into gear no problem with the engine turned off, clutch pedal is very spongy with lots of travel. Any thoughts? regards Gary
