I have my gear box apart and the main shaft stripped. I see two pins in the shaft, one for the bush and the other for the thrust washer. The thrust washer has two notches in it for the smaller pin to line up with. Not...

I’m in Kansas,
Winter is unusually warm and this is the second year of a drought. It killed the hunting season but now I have time to finish this thing up.
My Synchro has two broken posts on one side. Has anyone every drilled/tapped them and bolted them back together? Good luck on that...

Evening all,
Im a little stuck on the engine re assembly.
I cant seem to find a decent exploded parts diagram of the engine to re install the Alt/Generator and I lost all of my tear down pics. Can someone please post pics of an installed generator and its mounting brackets?
Thnx guys

No, my Plan didn’t work. It looks to me like the rear cross member (bumper) on the passenger’s side is lower than the other side. I’m trying to find a place to take it too locally.

Awesome info, Thnx. That should keep me busy for a while. Well my ingenious plan to straighten the chassis didn’t work out like I pictured it in my head. I guess it’s on to the next caper.
Thnx again

Well I think I’ve come up with an ingenious way to straighten my chassis. If all goes well and I live through it, I’ll post some pics. I should be able to start a mockup mid-week.
Other than a reverse order does anyone have recommendations as to a proper...

Hello all, I’m Randy,
I put where I’m from not where I live to throw off the thieves and assassins. Hope it works.
Any ways I have a 70 Series 2A that I’ve completely disassembled and am just now rebuilding. I bought it from a friend who was planning on rebuilding it. He was...

I have a 70 Series 2A that I am rebuilding. I know the vehicle has been in a few fender benders so I’m not really worried about everything being perfect. I just got the frame back from galvanizing and I’ve got the springs and axles back on. I noticed that the rear member is about 1.5...
