Morning folks.
I can’t find my books, I’ll be in bum**** egypt (wales) with no phone signal and setting up the valve tappety clearances on a td5
Can anyone kindly let me know how big I should push my feelers in for inlet and exhaust please
Massive thanks in advance.

All sorted now thanks. Hadn’t thought of McDonald 4x4 but gave them a call and they had just one in stock.
Many thanks everyone.

Hi all,
I’ve lost a brake caliper retaining bolt from my Puma Defender.
Can anyone recommend an outlet to source a bolt or has one kicking about in Snowdonia/North Wales please.
I’ve tried Conwy Land Rover.

So sorry to hear the news brother. As always anything we can do to help please say.
Thanks Minty for the tip. Even when we are all spread around the world doing stuff we can be assured we always come back together to help an LZ brother or sister.

I hope you share those memories mate. I’d love to see the footage.
John wasn’t impressed by the lane before the water crossing. I had no idea he didn’t like heights.

John was an absolute top guy who rarely stopped laughing.
He will be hugely missed.

I agree with Vin, it's not a big issue so just get it road worthy and worry about a fan cowling later.
It's no biggy.
-
Did you get it all shifted?

Thanks to everyone in group 5 who made the Laning trip such good fun. Well done to the hippos who managed the river crossing with the doors still attached.
The smiles afterwards were so big that they wouldn't fit on my camera.
Best start on the routes for next year as I've got a feeling...
-
Now the seasonal TRO's have been removed thoughts are with planning the routes for the Laning.

Everything I could possibly do to it. melted a piston, cracked the cylinder head, destroyed an injector and now this weekend replace the fuel pump in the tank. :(:(
-
As soon as my td5 is back on the road I'll post up a trip here.

Maybe it's time for a local laning day.
