I’ve been battling this same issue in my fl1 2004 td4 failed MOT last oct replaced all sensors, turbo solinoid, boost pipes, fuel rail loom, filters, x4 injectors and finally crank pulley and belts…. Crank pulley actually made more difference...

Recently did mine completely changes the look inside and feels more comfy than the cloth sagging everywhere

Hi just want some advise I’m currently changing the damper pulley on my fl1 td4 2004 the new bolt I have is approx 1.5-2 inches shorter than the original I know they are a Stretch bolts slightly but is it possible I have been sold the incorrect...
