Yep, the windscreen was to blame.
Apologies for not closing of this post ages ago.
£60 quid spent on the old windscreen excess saved me a lot of heartache..

Hello
I am on a 2006 Freelander 1, 130k on the clock, original clutch.
No problems so far, but the clutch operation is getting less defined.
Choices are I leave it and wait or go for a new clutch (the complete works) - don't really want to go in afterwards to do the slave cyclinder and double...

I attach a photo of the two air intake pipes in the bulkhead.
A nice clean bulkhead!

I removed the side panels and cleared out the bulkhead - nothing major in there.
Screen has been replaced this weekend and there is a dehumidifier doings its best in the footwell.
If any water comes in now - its time to :Cry:

Thanks - I will do both the sunroof drains and windscreen inspection next weekend.
I have the detachable glass sunroof panels so the drain channels are the same design as if you have a winding one?
I checked the aircon evaporator drain this weekend - not a problem there.

Hello - newbie alert!
My 06 freelander is getting a wet passenger footwell when it rains. The water come down the left hand side, just behind the glovebox.
Recently the water has been coming down the pedals on the driver side too.
Coolant is constant and the leaks only occur when it rains...
