Service is due and since I’ve had issues with lean etc want to change to fuel filter. Cant seem to find anywhere that gives me any info on it or a price. What’s the crack with it is it? Do you know a part number?

Fixed. So in conclusion, if fuse F14 in the main fuse compartment under the bonnet keeps blowing unplug the small black capacitor on the side of the gear box and check fuse again. 👍🏻

And after some google searching I now know what that doodaa is 😂 new one ordered.

So back from work, started to have a poke about the range. Unplugged the trans and the PN switch. Put fuse in, didn’t blow plugged trans in and it didn’t blow…plugged PN switch in and pop it blew. So I unplugged the switch again and put a fuse in now it starts and drives as normal. Should it not...

Just as I thought I was getting on top of the ranger 2006 4.2 sc Blowing fuse f14 under the bonnet in the main fuse compartment. Hdc and trans fault. Won’t start. Park neutral switch? Any thoughts on a direction to go in to find the issue on this one. Many thanks

Well, I drove a whole day with no MIL light on…no idea what was wrong or why it was doing it 🤷🏻‍♂️ will await to see whether it re appears.

In true British fashion it’s fixed itself slightly and created something new 🤷🏻‍♂️ yesterday lifts were +18% on idle dropping to near 0 Idle ltft b1 0% b2 7% MAF 5.26gs 44psi 1500 B1 +10% b2 +13% MAF 10.4gs 47psi 2000 B1 +4.69 b2 +5.47 MAF 13.48gs 45psi
