Thanks all for the helpful suggestions and info - we're going to buy a hose hopefully today if we can get one - if not we'll order one and hopefully that will cure it! I'll let you know how we get on!

Thnks for that - we've had a look and the pipe is split - I think replacing this should be a job we can manage. Is this likely to be the culprit? Rather than an injector? (it would be a huge weight off our mind if it was that rather than anything else!)
