I think you could be right td4van, the drivers door lock is now doing a coulee of funny things... sometimes takes 3 or 4 presses of the fob to unlock; sometimes only partially disengages, so once unlocked the door opens half a centimetre then catches again, requiring a second pull on the handle...

The child locks are on, but they always have been and have never prevented opening the doors from the outside after the vehicle has stopped, which is now the issue. They just stop the wee ones getting out. I was wondering if I had somehow inadvertently changed a setting, but can't find any...

This is to unlock it when I've just got out of it, Col, so a little different... I stop the car, turn it off, get out, then have to unlock with the fob before I can open the door to get the kids out.
