Have checked air an all seems fine am gonna change fuel filter tomorrow

Hi I have 300tdi past couple of weeks it been smoking from start up and four about five min driving. it makes no difference if the engine is warm or cold. Is this poss the turbo. Any help would be great. The smoke is white ish
