Hi guys thanks for letting me join! I’m new to land rovers but always wanted one so thought I’d treat myself to a discovery 3! I’m not very mechanically minded but willing to give it a go and learn! And here she is!

Thanks again I can’t find anything bout the oil pump being changed I’ve got the camshaft belt air compressor and all sorts of other things but no oil pump! Typical 😂

Cheers for that it’s a 09 I have so I’ll look into the patch. have you any idea on the cost of the oil pump?

It looks like there still connected to me not that I’m very mechanically minded 🫤

Hi all I’ve bought myself a discovery 3 it the engine system failure flashes up the bloke I bought if off says it’s because the egr’s have been blanked! I’ve plugged it in and there’s no codes or anything showing! So is there anyway I can stop it flashing? Thanks 😊
