Hi all, can anyone tell me if the little bolts fixing the mud flap brackets to the bodywork have nuts on the end or are they just threaded into the bodywork? The rear ones would be a ball ache to get to if a nut is on the end, Cheers.

Thanks for that, I have some chequer plate along the sills already, might get some for the wing tops, am just a bit curious as to wether if any moisture gets between the chequer plate and the bodywork if it does any long term damage. Cheers

hi, can anyone recommend somewhere in the North West / Lancashire who does a good job of undersealing a defender 90, I have had a few quotes from garages local to me who do it, but I want a proper job doing and want it done by someone who knows what they are doing, re getting all the crap etc...

my first post ! Was thinking of putting some chequer plate on the wing tops of my 90 hardtop ( 2011 ) are you meant to put any sealant or gasket between the bodywork and chequer plate to protect the paintwork, I know it isn’t going to get seen again but I like to do a job properly Cheers.
