Have you had the injector seals replaced? - and if you have did you use genuine L.R. seals? I had mine done with cheap parts and they only lasted 1000 miles!

Hi Stu. Sounds like the peg that comes down from the bonnet needs adjusting. Just turn it anti-clockwise a couple of turns with a screwdriver, grease the entire assembly and see if it works! Good Luck,:)

I had same problem so replaced lock spring with one from ebay. Put it all back together and now it won't open at all. - Anyone got a picture / diagram of how all the rods and linkages fit together please?

There should be shims under the top Swivel pin that can be removed to tighten things up, but make sure you can still turn the wheel from lock to lock.:)
