    Chassis swap between models'

Right I currently have a 2006 TD5 defender, low mileage excellent condition. Chassis just has the usual slight surface spots coming through. So I also have a project 1991 2.5 N/A 90, it needs a new chassis. So I'm thinking about putting a galvanised chassis on my TD5 and my question is, will the...

    Gearing query?

I have a 2006 TD5, how can I alter the gearing to make motorway miles less harsh??? Is it possible to marry a 6 speed box to this 'lump'? Or can a disco box fit?? If anyone can even point me to any publications covering this topic! Regards Kenny

    Bulkhead removal!

Well today I decided to remove the bulkhead. My back is killing me with the hunched seating position! I have to measure up for the seat rail risers, as I have a 2"x1" length of box section which I think is up for the job! I will be changing the seats, something with a bit of lumber and neck...
