Bio and SVO don't have any sulpher in them so nothing to make any soot so nothing for MOT man's machine to see. There are emmisions but not a lot to see.

Coolant temp sender??? Had a Skoda Superb which did exactly this and it was the cts giving wierd siganls to ECU when hot.

2 EHN,Ether Hexyl Nitrate. 1mm per litre of fuel. Ebay about £50 per 5 litres. Givs a bit more poke and easier starting.
