Started driving Landrovers aged 10, brother had Series 1. Mk1 with behind grille headlamps, parents had Series 1 Mk2. Then long interlude with Volvos until bought Disco Mk2 Tdi Auto to tow 22 ft Caravan and had a nightmare and went back to Volvo.
Drove Lightweight from Birmingham to Tuscany over 3 days with no problems.
(except traffic jams on M25) and its great fun scaring local hunters by appearing in the middle of local forests whilst out on forestry tracks.
Just moved full time to Ital
Drinking local wine, producing olive oil, and taking my lightweight into the Tuscan woods.
