Completely agree,
I'm planning on putting one of those exhaust valves on and diverting the flow to a big tractor silencer I've got. So when I'm playing I can switch to incognito mode

Here we go this is one of the short videos of her running.

Yes it took a few days of hunting for parts I had and some fresh fuel and service. But she runs like clockwork. I would upload a video but the files are too large. I will look and see if I can change the file size at some point.

I can do any mods it need to do at work. That's not a problem, just having one of those moments as it's been a while since my last build.
-
Yes whoever did it originally certainly had a good go at it. I couldn't have brought myself to have done it. But I suppose when it was done they probably weren't worth anything.

I did assume that is what you meant, it is up for grabs if someone does need it. Open to offers etc. It won't be much use to me being on an off roader. I may keep the 4 speed box just incase the auto breaks. But I can take the overdrive off no problem.

I've just created a thread in the project section for it as well. Took a few days to get it running but it's running sweet as a nut now. Drives well too just needs a bit of TLC and a bit of love then she will make a nice little off roader

Evening All,
Just thought I would share my latest project I picked up recently. I believe its an old competition trialer built in the 80s to 90s. Mainly going on the style of the build. I plan on bringing her back to life and doing so off roading in it. Shamefully it was originally a very early...

It came with the original 3.5 engine and manual box with overdrive as well.

Evening All,
I recently picked up an early range rover classic that has been turned into an off road trialer. It looks like an old build and sadly it was a two door originally. If only they knew at the time what it would be worth! She's got a 3.9 v8 with carb conversion. Sounds lovely...

Evening all,
I've been thinking about turning one of my D2's into a van. I've seen the odd commercial kits about but not much at the moment. I'm thinking of the full van type with bulkhead etc. Not the 5 seat conversion. Anyone done it before and or know where to get the parts?
Thanks in...

That is very true, oh yes I love the stuff always worked well I was just interested in what everyone was using or had done. :)

Looks like really good stuff and strong, great that it works under water as well, that's pretty impressive! :)
