Anybody heard from them for a while - just about to launch our small claims for a full refund and websites all down, no one answering the phones etc?

We have had the same experiences, loads of faults that shouldn't have passed an MOT (but has certificate) loads of ducking and diving about repairs, very difficult to get hold of etc. Took the vehicle back for repairs but didn't do any of them. They also gave it back with bodywork damage...
