I have a 1996 Range Rover 2.5 diesel and am experiencing a sudden loss of power when driving. It normally occurs when I am accelerating hard and the car goes to change gear at about 4000 rpm. Just after it happens I take my foot of the accelerator and you can hear a wising noise, I am not sure...
